How do I request a pickup for my empty tins?
Open The Black Tin app, go to Pass The Flame, and raise a pickup request. We will arrange collection from your address. You do not need to drop them off anywhere. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
What do I get for returning my empty tins?

What happens to my tins after they are collected?
Every tin is cleaned, inspected, refilled with fresh soy wax, and fitted with a new wooden wick. It then becomes part of someone else's practice. The sessions it carried before are part of its history. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
