How do I start a session?
Place your phone in the lockbox. Choose 1 task. Strike the match and light the candle. That is it. The session has started. There is no more planning after the match is struck — only the work. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
Can I stop the session before the flame dies?
No. The session ends when the wax runs out and the flame dies naturally — not when you feel like stopping. Ending early breaks The 120 Code. If you extinguish the candle before 120 minutes, the session does not count. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
What do I do when the flame dies?

Can I listen to music during a session?
