What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unlit candles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in the exact condition it arrived in. Email [email protected] to initiate a return. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Do not discard the packaging until we confirm the replacement has been dispatched. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
Can I return a pack I have already started using?
No. Once a candle has been lit, it cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for unused, unlit candles in original packaging. This applies to all pack sizes. For more help, WhatsApp us here!
